    Lamb's Rock was found and named by my great-great-great grandfather when he was exercising his soldiers in the area and the site has since been known as Lamb's Rock Viewpoint. There is a 330 metre drop beneath this rock. It is located about nine kilometres from Coonoor, a viewpoint on a high precipice. The point offers stunning views of the Coimbatore plains and the coffee and tea estates on the slopes.
